Asian Style Spicy Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 large eggplant
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 250 g sliced beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Seres Foods Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Seres Foods Chili Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Seres Foods Classic Crushed Red Pepper Sauce
  • Thinly sliced green onions for garnish
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation

Peel the eggplant and slice it into finger thick pieces. Heat the oil in a wok or pan and stir fry the eggplant slices until soft. Drain the oil and set aside. In the hot oil, sauté the garlic and ginger, then add the beef and continue stir frying. Once the beef begins to cook, add the eggplant and stir until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

Add Seres Foods Soy Sauce, lemon juice, sugar, Seres Foods Chili Olive Oil, and Seres Foods Classic Crushed Red Pepper Sauce in sequence. Allow all the flavors to blend, remove from heat, and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
