Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Seres Foods Salsa Macha
  • 150 g fresh green jalapeno peppers (sliced) or pickled jalapenos
  • 300 g enchilada sauce
  • 300 g creamy mushroom sauce
  • 9 tortillas
  • 750 g grated kashar or cheddar cheese
  • 250 g ketchup

Preparation

Mix the ground beef with the chopped onion and Seres Foods Salsa Macha.Cut each tortilla into 6 equal slices like a cake.Take a baking tray and place one third of the tortillas to cover the entire base.Spread half of the beef mixture.Spread half of the enchilada sauce.Add half of the jalapenos on top.Add half of the cheese. Repeat the layers starting again with tortillas.Place the remaining tortillas on top.Drizzle a thin layer of Seres Foods Salsa Macha on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C and serve.
