Spicy Baked Salmon Fillet

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green pepper
- 4 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Seres Foods Green Jalapeno Hot Sauce
- Black pepper, salt
Preparation
Cut the peppers and shallots into small pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, Seres Foods Green Jalapeno Hot Sauce, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray. Distribute the half-cooked peppers, shallots, and lemon slices around the salmon. Brush the prepared spicy sauce over the salmon fillets and pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes. Your delicious salmon is ready to serve.
