Burrito with Truffle Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 250 g lean beef steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tomato
- 2 tbsp Seres Foods Truffle Hot Sauce
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 tea glass beef stock
- 150 g canned kidney beans
- 150 g canned kidney beans
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Dice the red onion, garlic, and peeled tomato into small cubes. Cut the lean beef steak into strips. Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds, and slice to match the beef. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the vegetables until they take on color. Add the beef strips and continue sautéing over high heat for about 5 minutes. Then add the red peppers and stir. Add cumin, red chili powder, and salt. Add the diced tomato and Seres Foods Truffle Hot Sauce. Stir in the beef stock and canned kidney beans, then simmer the sauce mixture over low heat for 10 minutes. Heat the tortillas in a hot pan for about 1 minute. Divide the meat sauce mixture into four portions and place in the center of each tortilla. Fold the edges inward and roll up the tortillas like wraps. Place them on a baking tray. Sprinkle grated kashar cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
