The spicy-creamy balance of Sriracha Mayo transforms shrimp burgers with an Asian twist.
Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp (peeled & cleaned)
- 2 burger buns
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- 2 tbsp Seres Foods Sriracha Mayo
Preparation
Coat shrimp in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden.
Assemble buns with lettuce, cucumber, and shrimp.
Drizzle with Seres Foods Sriracha Mayo and serve.
