The spicy-creamy balance of Sriracha Mayo transforms shrimp burgers with an Asian twist.

Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp (peeled & cleaned)
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Frying oil
  • 2 tbsp Seres Foods Sriracha Mayo

Preparation

Coat shrimp in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden.
Assemble buns with lettuce, cucumber, and shrimp.
