Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cucumber (diced)
- ½ avocado (sliced)
- 5–6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Seres Foods Avocado Salad Dressing
Preparation
Place quinoa in a bowl.
Add cucumber, avocado, and tomatoes.
Drizzle with Seres Foods Avocado Salad Dressing and serve cold.
