The perfectly balanced sweet-and-tangy flavor of honey mustard meets fresh greens, offering a light and refreshing taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Yedikule lettuce
  • 1 Turkish cucumber
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 pack pine nuts
  • 1 avocado
  • Seres Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Preparation

Wash the Yedikule lettuce thoroughly in plenty of water. I always prefer soaking greens briefly in vinegar water; it helps maintain freshness and ensures hygiene. Since Yedikule lettuce leaves are small, you can use them whole without chopping.

Slice the cucumber and spring onions thinly. Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil to release their aroma.

In a large salad bowl, combine the greens. Cut the avocado into cubes or thin slices and place over the salad. Add the Seres Honey Mustard Dressing and gently toss. Finish by sprinkling the toasted pine nuts on top.
