Chicken Thighs

The warm character of spices comes together with chicken to create an aromatic flavor with subtle Indian-inspired notes.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
- Seres Masala Sauce
- (Optional, for serving) Basmati or jasmine rice
Preparation
Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish.
Add the Seres Masala Sauce and mix well, making sure the chicken is evenly coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours to marinate.
Once rested, the chicken can be cooked on the grill, in the oven, or in a pan.
For serving, basmati or jasmine rice is recommended on the side.
If desired, extra masala sauce may be added at the time of serving.
