Mozzarella Caprese
A take on the Italian Classic with Seres Foods Hot Pepper Infused Olive Oil.

Ingredients:
- 50g of fresh basil
- 60ml olive oil, extra virgine
- salt
- 60g of shredded parma cheese
- 40g of pine kernels
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 2-3 fresh tomatoes
- 3 balls of buffalo mozzarella
- Seres Foods Hot Chili Infused Olive Oil
- some fresh basil leaves for garnish
Preparation
Put basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, cheese and pine kernels into a blender. Stir until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Cut round bread toasted bread slices to the size of your mozzarella slices and put the cheese on the bread. Place a same sized tomato slice on top. garnish with your pesto sauce and serve with a sprinkle of Seres Foods Hot Chili Infused Olive Oil.
